Tape

 

This series came from a brief in which I was given a humble object - tape - as the basis for creating work. After experimenting drawing with tape into the environment I noticed that used in this way it appeared to cordon off areas reminiscent of crime scenes. The series is predominantly set in an eerie construction site that I would pass every evening on my way to and from my job tutoring english at the Glasgow Harbour apartments behind Partick.
